Our integrated app and desktop planner has made it easier than ever to plan pre, during, and post-event. 

Curate your experience by creating an account and logging in to the app or desktop. 

Once logged in, you will be able to: 

  • Search and discover exhibitors 
  • Favorite exhibitors to visit at the show or follow up with post-event 
  • View exhibitor details, videos, and downloadable content 
  • Browse and favorite complimentary classes, hands-on workshops, and experiences 
  • Stay in the know with show update notifications 
  • Select your interests for personalized recommendations 

The exhibitor list, education schedule, and experiences are available without a login.
However, creating an account is highly recommended! This allows you to:

  • Plan and organize your visit.
  • Get notifications and updates.
  • Favorite exhibitors, save education sessions or experiences to your personal agenda
  • Set your interests for personalized recommendations.
  • To create an account in the web, head to our home page and select “Create An Account” at the top right.

Enter your details and interests then confirm your information. Once confirmed, you will receive a Welcome Email with log in details. 

  • To create an account in the app, open the app to the home page and scroll down to the Create an Account & Start Planning » button.

Once you have created your account and logged in, you will be able to favorite brands, education and experiences to create your own personalized agenda. 

  • To favorite brands, navigate to the brand list in the app or desktop. When you find a brand you’d like to save for later, use the star button to save to your favorites. 
  • To favorite education and experiences, navigate to the education list in the app or desktop. When you find a session you’d like to save for later, use the +My Schedule button to save to your favorites.

Favorited education and sessions will show in your personal agenda. 

You can view your favorited brands and saved sessions at any time. 

  • On the web: Use your profile drop down at the top right and select My Schedule under the Networking menu. 
  • In the app: Use the side bar menu to select My Schedule. 
  • On the web: Simply click the magnifying glass icon in the navigation bar at the top of the page to search for brands or education.
    You can also use the filters on the left-hand side to narrow down your search. This will update the list of brands and sessions to match your selected criteria.
  • In the app: Go to the brand or education lists and use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find what you're looking for.
    Additionally, you can apply filters by tapping the "Filters" button at the top, selecting your preferences, and tapping "Show Results" to view the filtered options.
