GENERAL

Premiere is open exclusively to members and students of the professional beauty industry. Verification of credentials is required for all attendees. Eligibility requirements can be found here.   

Online registration is available throughout the duration of the show and show passes will be available day of. Prices do increase on show site, so we encourage attendees to purchase their show pass beforehand for the best deal!

Premiere Anaheim is paperless! Your phone is your show pass – additional instructions will be provided in your email confirmation. 

You can purchase a show pass here using your access code.  

Educational sessions are free with the purchase of a show pass. Workshops are an additional fee.  

Workshops can be added on when purchasing your show pass. If you have already purchased a show pass and would like to register for a workshop, please call our Customer Service Team at 800-335-7469.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the contract.

Carpet is not included with your booth and can be ordered from GES or you may bring your own. Please find additional information on GES here. Drayage fees apply. Please note, flooring is mandatory in your booth. 

Electric does not come included with your booth rental, but electricity can be ordered through GES. Additional information on GES can be found here

No, Wi-Fi is not included in your booth rental, but can be ordered from Smart City.

Yes, through LeadGen. LeadGen is the EventsPass lead retrieval app that allows you to scan attendee tickets and save registration data to your own leads database. 

Additional information on lead retrieval will be provided 30 days prior to move-in.

Union regulations dictate exhibit personnel can set up their own booth if it can be accomplished by 1 person within ½ hour without the use of tools. This does not apply to product placement. 

Exhibitors may move materials that can be hand carried without the use of dollies.

A booth confirmation will be emailed to you 60 days prior to the show. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Team at 800-335-7469.

A password and link to register will be emailed to you 30 days prior to the show. 

Exhibitor credentials are DIGITAL only and will be available 30 days prior to the show. A password and link will be emailed to you from our registration partner, EventsPass.

Parking garages are available at the Anaheim Convention Center and parking fees apply. 

Hand carried items can be brought through the front door, but all others are directed to use the loading dock where assistance is provided.

Cart service is available on a first come, first serve basis on the loading dock.

FOR EDUCATORS

To provide attendees with the following:

  • Content that is forward-thinking, relevant, and actionable

  • Emerging trends, concepts, solutions, and best practices that may be immediately implemented

  • Knowledge to develop growth initiatives and become a catalyst for innovation 

Beauty industry professionals and exhibitors are eligible to present an education session. However, the Premiere team will consider proven experts operating from outside the beauty industry on a case-by-case basis.

Speaker applications for the 2023 show are now closed. 2024 applications will be available on the Premiere Anaheim website in October. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Contact details including name, job title, company affiliation, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.

  • Brief bio in paragraph format

  • Session title 

  • Five learning objectives that will explain what you are looking to deliver to attendees

  • Past speaking experience

Education sessions are limited to a maximum of two co-presenters. Panel discussions can accommodate up to three panelists, plus a moderator. 

Each speaker is provided with three staff badges, one 60-minute classroom presentation time, and basic audio visual (screen and a/v stand).

Most education sessions and panel discussions at Premiere are not recorded.

Speakers are encouraged to provide approved handout materials to attendees. Speakers may distribute hard copies in the sessions at their own expense.

Sales are not allowed in the session rooms. DVDS and education books may be sold at the discretion of Premiere.
